Thank you for shopping with Velvet & Steel Boutique. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, launches, or high-volume periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items have extended processing and shipping timelines. Estimated pre-order arrival or ship dates will be listed in the product description when available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to vendor delays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of our control. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you by email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Velvet & Steel Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, vendor delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, Velvet & Steel Boutique ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the United States may be canceled and refunded.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Velvet & Steel Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at hello@shopvelvetsteel.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Velvet & Steel Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before filing a claim.
