Refund policy

At Velvet & Steel Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopvelvetsteel.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@shopvelvetsteel.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
